Returns and Exchanges
The
following applies for returns or exchanges:
The Product must be
in its original condition including the box, packaging and all
accessories.
Avoid making any marks or writing on the box. The box should be
unopened.
RMA's are not allowed after 20 days from shipping date.
All returns must have an RMA (Return Material
Authorization) number.
Please call 1-866-999-2811 One of our
representatives will provide this authorization number.
Write the RMA number on the
shipping label, not on the box.
If the products or the packaging is damaged a restocking fee may be
charged to your account.
A
restocking fee may be charged based on customer error.
In some cases, certain manufacturers may charge from 15% to 30% for
restocking. Please check with us or feel free to contact the
manufacturer direct to review return policies
Credits can only be issued to the credit card
used for the original purchase.
Software, parts, labels, ribbons, open printheads are
non-returnable.

DOA/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS
On
rare occasions, customers may receive a DOA (Dead on Arrival)
product.
We
offer free technical support for all of our products, and many times
issues
are
related to incorrect configurations or other technical issues, which
we can
help
resolve. Please contact Customer Service for help.
If
we cannot resolve the issues we will provide an RMA (Return Material
Authorization)
number. Please note that most of our manufacturers offer some form
of
free
technical support. They want their products to work and for you to
be satisfied.
