UltraCard III is FARGO`s highest rated card for durability and longevity. The polished PVC surface provides high image quality while the 40% polyester core provides FARGO`S highest level of flex and temperature durability. It is ideal for abrasive high-wear applications that also require maximum card life. For best results use UltraCard III card stock in the Pro-L Printer-Encoder when laminating with PolyGuard or Thermal Transfer Overlaminate. Estimated card life for a standard 30 mil thick UltraCard III is 60 months or 5000 cycles through a card reader. Heat distortion occurs at approximately 200 degrees F.
